NEW VOLUNTEERS
01. get fingerprinted
Download the form below (or pick up a copy at a BUSD school) and complete the Live Scan application:
Bring your completed form to a Live Scan location. Contact Live Scan locations directly regarding pricing for DOJ and FBI background checks. You must do both.

02. complete the tb assessment
Complete the TB Risk Assessment form linked below or pick up a copy at a BUSD school. This must be signed by a medical professional.
03. driver’s license
Make a digital copy of your driver’s license
04. complete the online busd volunteer application
Visit beniciaunified.org/families/get-involved and scroll down to Step 4 for instructions
On the upper righthand side of the application, be sure to select the correct application type
Fill out the application, upload the proper documents when requested and submit
After you submit, stay on the lookout for an email from the District within a week or two in case you are missing anything, etc.
